The firm is headed by its owners Michael Tarnow and Mark Faucher, both hold the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. There are four other licensed and state certified appraisers in the firm.
NMREC produces professional real estate appraisals for the entire spectrum of real estate. Commercial appraisals are conducted throughout the entire State of Michigan on all types of commercial real estate including going concerns and land appraisals. Franchise motel and hotel appraisals are conducted throughout the Mid-West region of the United States. Residential appraisals are limited to our home area of Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Antrim and Kalkaska Counties.
